Let's solve this.

Help with Divactive, your purchases, and your progress.

Quick answers

I paid, but the cases are still locked.

Check that you're signed into the Apple Account used for the purchase. Open Divactive's settings and tap Restore purchases while connected to the internet. Give the access check a moment to finish, then reopen the case. If access still isn't restored, contact us with the plan you purchased and any message shown.

What's the difference between weekly and lifetime?

Weekly access is an auto-renewing subscription. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase for premium access in Divactive; it does not renew weekly. The current price and purchase details are shown in the app before payment. See the Divactive terms.

How do I cancel weekly access?

On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Divactive and choose the cancellation option. Deleting the game does not cancel a subscription. Lifetime purchases have no recurring subscription to cancel. Apple's subscription instructions cover billing and country-specific details.

How do I request a refund?

Apple handles App Store refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or follow Apple's refund instructions. Eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law; contacting Divactive support does not automatically issue a refund.

Will my progress move to a new device?

The current game saves progress and notes locally and has no Divactive cloud-save account. Restoring a purchase restores eligible premium access; it does not restore local case progress. Device backups may preserve app data according to your backup settings. Contact us before removing the app if you're troubleshooting a progress issue.

Does the game access my real phone content?

No. The messages, photos, contacts, and apps you investigate are fictional story content. Divactive does not read your real messages, contacts, photo library, or calendar. See the privacy policy for local saves, purchases, and support data.

I'm stuck in a case or found a bug.

For a puzzle, check the case board's clues, timeline, deductions, and hints. For a technical issue, reopen the game and check for an app update. Email the case name, what you expected, what happened, and a screenshot if useful. Keep unrelated personal information out of screenshots.
